HayesTech wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built on the production floor — in aerospace facilities, welding bays, and quality labs where the margin for error is measured in thousandths of an inch.
Our founding team spent over 40 combined years working in high-performance aerospace manufacturing and industrial construction environments before building HayesTech. That experience shapes everything — how we screen candidates, how we talk to employers, and which roles we take on.
