HayesTech was founded by a team of aerospace and industrial construction professionals whose combined experience spans over 40 years — across high-performance production environments including structural assembly, precision welding, quality systems, process engineering, and large-scale industrial construction.
That experience wasn't in an office. It was on the floor — working alongside machinists, welders, inspectors, and engineers in facilities where the work matters and the standards are uncompromising.
Together, our founding team brings over 40 years of combined experience across aerospace manufacturing and industrial construction — two industries where the margin for error is zero and the demand for qualified people never stops.
